Through drawing, she has fused a love for the outdoors and animals, hoping to develop a proudly Australian approach to her paintings. She has always been an ardent animal lover so it was natural progression to paint and draw animals and birds. Sue lives in the Blue Mountains, just west of Sydney, Australia. Sue considers herself an Australian wildlife artist. Birds and parrots are her favourite. Drawing only in pastel, she finds this medium brings out the softness and fine detail in the birds and animals that no other medium can achieve. Sue has won many awards and has sold work locally and overseas. One of her paintings hangs in the City Council of Sanda, Japan that is a sister city of the Blue Mountains. Sue has had numerous exhibitions, both solo and shared. Sue gives thanks to God for her talent and for his awesome creation, which provides her with endless inspiration.
